Coronavirus (COVID-19) Policy Updates

I hope you and your families are staying safe and following latest “Centers for Disease Control” (CDC, precautions; your safety continues to be our top priority!

During this time of uncertainty surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), Ejay Filtration’s top concern is the health and safety of our employees, customers, suppliers, and our community.

Business Operations

• Business activities and manufacturing operations have returned to normal; Monday thru Friday hours 7:00 am- 3:30 pm. (We continue to follow CDC Guidelines regarding Customer/Supplier Visits)
• In the event our operations are impacted further by COVID-19 exposure, we will notify all Customers immediately and advise of any mitigating actions that will be taken.
• We are communicating this message to you our customers and will do so for future notifications of any potential impact on your deliveries.

Ejay Filtration has been forced to put certain practices in place to protect the stability of our company, due to the Pandemic events that have taken place over several years. We are a small company, only manufacturing customer specific orders. In the past year we have done our best to accommodate customer requests, all while managing to maintain exemplary Satisfaction Levels, as reflected in our Supplier Score Card.

As this public health crisis evolves, fluid and changing daily, we will continue to be diligent and adjust our continuity plans as needed. Thank you for your cooperation.
