Boeing awards Contract to Ejay Filtration Inc.

Ejay Filtration, Inc. has been awarded the contract to manufacture a custom fuel filter for the F-22 Raptor. The filter will be used for the “Stored Energy System”.

Boeing approached Ejay Filtration in 2003 with a request to propose a wash-type filter element for a specific re-design application. Ejay designed the wash-filter element and supplied a no-charge prototype to the Boeing company for evaluation and testing. 3 years later Boeing awarded an order to Ejay to manufacture and test 2 filter assemblies, which was successfully completed. 2 years later Boeing has awarded Ejay a production contract.

This month we were awarded a large contract from Hamilton Sundstrand (San Diego) for a filter that we helped design for the MALD Program (Miniature Air Launch Decoy).

It was a long awaited order that is used for the Auxiliary Power Unit for the HS TJ-150 engine. This device will help our Military and bring our men and women home safe.
